Who we are

DORON Tech Solutions LLP (GSTIN 27AAYFD8585F1ZL), India, makes TBB CA, TBB Saathi and this website. For anything about your personal data, including questions and grievances, write to support@dorontechsolutions.com.

What we collect and why

When	What	Why
You buy or ask for a trial on /buy	Your name, firm, email, WhatsApp number, state, and if you give them your GSTIN and billing address; for a payment, the amount, date, mode and UTR, and if you give it the bank or account holder it was paid from; the names of the client businesses you order owner licences for; any note you add. Also the IP address and browser of the request.	To check the payment, issue your licences and GST invoice, contact you about the order, and stop fraudulent or abusive requests.
You activate TBB CA	Licence code, your name and email, and an identifier of the PC (machine fingerprint and name).	To issue and check the licence, and to give support.
You use TBB CA	Licence checks, the installed version (update checks), and the names of the Tally companies it is used with. Section 5 of the licence agreement lists everything the software sends.	To run the licence and updates, and so the channel partner you bought from can offer TBB Saathi to those businesses through you.
You read invoices or statements with OCR	The files you choose to read. We do not store them; we log a fingerprint (hash), size and usage of each.	To read them for you, and to count usage against your plan.
You visit this website	Our server logs each request with its IP address. If you arrive from one of our campaign links, the campaign is noted in your browser's local storage and sent with a purchase request; clicks on those links are counted with a scrambled (hashed) form of the IP. We use no advertising or analytics trackers, and the public pages set no cookies.	To keep the site secure, and to know which campaigns bring buyers.

We do not collect the names, phone numbers or email addresses of the owners or staff of your client businesses. When you pair a client's phone with TBB Saathi, the pairing code is given to you or your channel partner to pass on. We do not use your data for advertising and do not sell it.

Who we share it with

• Your channel partner: the details of your order and licences, and the list of your Tally company names, so they can supply and support you.
• Service providers who work for us: Hetzner Online GmbH (our servers), the AI model providers that read OCR files, and our email provider.
• Authorities, when the law requires it.

Where it is kept

On our servers in Helsinki, Finland (European Union), over encrypted connections. Only authorised DORON staff, signing in with their work accounts, can see it.

How long we keep it

• Purchase records and GST invoices: as long as tax law requires (currently about eight years under GST).
• Licence records: for the licence term and that tax period.
• Server and abuse-prevention logs: only as long as needed to keep the service secure.

After that we delete the data or remove what identifies you.

Your rights

Under India's Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023, you can ask us for a summary of your personal data and who it was shared with, have it corrected, completed or updated, have it erased when we no longer need it, withdraw a consent you gave (this can stop a licence from working), and nominate someone to act for you. Write to support@dorontechsolutions.com from the email address on your licence. We reply within 30 days. If you are not satisfied with our answer, you can complain to the Data Protection Board of India.

Children

Our products are for businesses and professionals. We do not knowingly collect data about children.

Changes

If we change this notice, we update the date at the top. Significant changes are also announced in the software's update notes.
