Good to know
- Each pack is a fresh licence. Licences don’t renew or extend: when a trial month ends, buy an annual licence as a new order.
- Premium Support is an optional add-on to an annual TBB CA licence (one per licence; it can’t be bought on its own): setup and activation done with you, training for you and your staff, and answers to your TBB CA queries on call.
- A TBB CA licence is bound to one Windows machine. For more seats in the same office, buy one licence and add extra LAN seats, or buy more licences.
- Pay by NEFT, RTGS or IMPS. We send the licences, along with your GST invoice, to your email and WhatsApp within 4 working hours of the payment clearing.
- Payments are non-refundable. Try a 1-month trial pack first if you’re unsure.

Good to know
- Owner licences are issued per client business (its Tally company) and linked to your TBB CA practice. You pair the owner’s phone from TBB CA.
- One owner licence covers the whole business: Saathi on Android for every partner and owner, and Saathi Staff on Windows for any number of its staff — no per-device charge.
- Each pack is a fresh licence. Licences don’t renew or extend: when a trial month ends, buy an annual licence as a new order.
- Pay by NEFT, RTGS or IMPS. We send the licences, along with your GST invoice, to your email and WhatsApp within 4 working hours of the payment clearing.

Terms of sale
- No refunds.
- Licences are issued after DORON confirms the payment in its bank account, within 4 working hours of it clearing, and sent with the GST invoice for the purchase. A payment we can’t trace to the UTR you give is not a purchase until it is traced.
- Prices are in Indian rupees, before GST at 18%. The amount transferred must match the order total; a shortfall must be paid before licences are issued.
- A licence is for the buyer’s own use: one TBB CA licence per Windows machine, one owner licence per client business. Licences are non-transferable.
- Licence terms run from activation: annual licences 365 days, trial packs 1 month.
- Use of TBB CA is subject to its licence agreement, including what the software sends to DORON (section 5: licence details and the names of the Tally companies it is used with).
